Personality though she does have a sassy personality, she is kind pokemon, who always thinks before she speaks.
She also is often mistaken as a male because of her tomboy personality, short hair, and lack of... *ahem* chest...
She says anything that's on her mind, even the most awkward things, unless she knows it will really hurt a pokemon's feelings.
Joi almost never gives in to peer pressure. In fact, most of the time, she tries to stay away from the crowd.
one of the words she lives by is "girls are scary," and normally, she would try to avoid speaking with them. Don't even question the fact that she's a girl herself, just go with it.
To an extent, she can be pretty stubborn. You can never get her to take off her sweatshirt, unless it's over 80°.
mostly, she stays quiet and listens to the conversations, but every now and then she makes a sarcastic comment about the topic.
overall she stays calm, but seriously, if you do something to set her off, she's gonna be screaming at you for 15-30 minutes.
She NEVER lies, and is trusted. Sometimes people literally tell her, "here, hold my wallet while I'm gone."
she actually isn't the brightest, though. Sometimes she forgets things almost instantaneously. She also misses simple things right in front of her face. If you're near her, get your facepalms ready.

History Joi was living in the little town of Cherrygrove with her older sister two younger brothers, her mother, and her father.
Her sister is a famous fashion designer, making all the latest fads. I bet a fourth of the people reading this are wearing something that she helped design somehow. She says she can't socialize with filth like Joi, so she never looked her in the eye, pretended she was a stranger.
Her brothers, on the other hand, are adorable actors. They've already been in several movies, and they're "so cute because they're so close together!" They're Joi's favorite people in the family, because they actually respect her, but they're always so busy with their acting career. If only they could hang out more....
Joi's father was never home, because of his work. There's very little communication between her family, so she doesn't know what he does.
the mother, on the other hand, didn't work, but everyone knows her because of her "fabulous children." She rarely paid attention to Joi, but when she did, she tried to change Her into another "fabulous child." Of course, with her tomboy personality, she won't ever let that happen.
after her mother gave up on her "transformation," Joi pretty much raised herself on her own.
Having no amazing job like the rest of her family, that'd would earn her less favor from almost everyone. Everyone except her best friend, Chama.
this chimchar kept her spirits up and made her continue to push through life. When they're not together, which is almost never, are always thinking of each other. leave it to them to play the most video games together!
Although she doesn't like to admit it, one of her favorite things are cherry blossoms, making her favorite season spring, and if you've been a good little squirrel, you've already read that her birthday is in the same season.
she's read the story over and over again about the Armonia and mew and arceus, and was so interested with it, she decided she should become another warrior of love. Joi wanted to learn how to do a deed out of her heart. She wanted to become better than her siblings ever were, and she thought that she might have a bit of a chance if she went to the Armonia Institute.

Ok, Im sorry at this point, and I hope you dont mind a bit of harsh critiquing. Your history really needs work. I would lose the "Wanting to become great" part and give her a goal. What does she want to do with her life? Give her a good solid goal and stick with it. Also, tell us about her past. Who is her parents? How crucial are they in her life? How much do they pay attention do her? Are they a major part of her life or not? Do the same with her siblings. Make your history for her long and detailed, and dont leave any stone unturned. Also, for her personality, you need to do a lot more. If you need to, pretend youre questioning her about her life and do the best you can with that.
